1.) that’s a violation of article II of the US Constitution & can’t pass SCOTUS w/ ACB seated. And she will be.
2.) that’s got zero chance of making it through the Senate. Its largely symbolic & meant as a campaign rally. Its a talking point for failing Biden campaign & democrat CIA assets in Congress like Elise Stefanik in danger of losing their seats.
3.) it will piss off non-leftwing voters- which will drive Trump’s turnout higher.
4.) she wouldn’t be doing this is she was rational.
5.) the question is, is it out of desperation or vindictiveness?
