@JackPosobiec The Denver Post article said that the "security guard" was contracted through Pinkerton. I'd sure like to know what Pinkerton says about that. Private protection is different than private security. The guy should be licensed if legit.

The ‘security man’ was in no imminent danger of death, or severe bodily injury. Neither was anyone else. The use of deadly force doesnt meet the legal definition of grounds for justifiable use of deadly force. This was an extreme over reaction that is a case book example of Murder in the First Degree.
