Photojournalist Helen H. Richardson participated in Denver protests while documenting them. Richardson was responsible for taking photos of the fatal shooting of Lee Keltner. She uploaded those photos to https://t.co/9yff3Esufl for them to use in their articles.

In frame 865, by enhancing the exposure, you can see the hand of the shooter reaching for Keltner's concealed firearm. This gun was recovered by the police.

In frame 871, the shooter reached towards his waistband. It is unclear if there is a firearm on his waistband.

And finally in frame 874, the shooter is seen holding a weapon that has discharged with the slide in motion and an empty bullet casing ejecting

Richardson captured 7 frames between 865 and 874. All of these would show more information, but the most important frames are 872 and 873. These frames occur between the drawing of the shooter's firearm, and the weapon discharge. Not releasing these frames…

Richardson's statement does not include that the shooter reached for Keltner's gun despite her having PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE of this happening. This is also a lie by omission to the Denver Police

I believe we can assume that the actions of Helen H. Richardson are in bad faith.
