Computer expert says his team observed bits of information from Dominion being transmitted from the US to Frankfurt, Germany on Election Day.

Information Warfare Officer Walden said that their white hat hackers were able to hack the Dominion system in two minutes. There was also malware trojan on the system that could allow anyone a backdoor into the system.
