The boulder mass murderer was under investigation in a terrorism case while he was actively casing & conducting reconnaissance on possible targets.
He was looking at a church, a synagogue & was plotting to shoot up two different maga rallies *while under investigation for terrorism*. There is no way the Bureau did not know.
And the fact they did not flag him as a prohibited person in the NICS criminal background check system has only one explanation: the FBI wanted this terrorist attack to occur, had fore knowledge of it, and tacitly approved of it which is why they did not intervene.

Now think back to the Las Vegas mass murder, where it is suspected that the venue attacked was targeted because it was thought the crowd was mostly conservatives.
