This is from Jelle:
Hey folks! It's a full forensic audit. They are using Jovan's technique as a part of it, but he's not directly involved. The TRO today is so the Judge can be briefed on the complaints the Ds filed last night, and he wants to review the specific policies and procedures for the audit that address those specific complaints. The D's lawyers at the hearing today attempted to add additional complaints, which Judge Coury did not allow. Ds have to put up a 1MM bond by 5pm to cover expenses incurred by AZ Senate due to the delay. If no bond is posted, the audit continues. Also if an appellate judge issues a stay of the TRO the audit continues. Otherwise they have briefs due by 4pm Sunday and the next hearing is 11am Monday. The audit would resume at noon Monday unless something at the hearing causes another delay. Interesting detail from this morning. An AZ Republic Reporter signed up as a volunteer observer for the audit. (media isn't allowed in with cameras or to take notes, so she skirted those rules) At 10:20 am she tweets out (how when her phone isn't allowed on the floor?) that she sees blue pens on the audit floor. AZ Law specifies that no blue or black pens may be used on the audit floor, only red. When the hearing begins at 11, the D lawyers are all over the blue pens on the floor, security is terrible etc. Funny how that works isn't it?

Audit will proceed with a pause starting 5PM today (or until $1M bond is posted) and lasts until Monday Noon.
Plaintiff will post a bond of $1M to cover damages to Defendant (Senate). If bond is not posted, audit resumes.
Reasons:
1. Blue pens in Arena reported by AZ Central who is a volunteer observer today. Fear that blue pens will be used to mark ballots.
2. Overhead cameras record all ballots but not make them public. Concern over voter privacy, which by law, must be protected.
3. Judge reaffirms AZ statute to protect voter privacy and protection of ballots.
4. Asks both sides for briefings. Hearing resumes Monday Noon.
Will add more details when video is reviewed.

Let’s see if the DNC at the national level comes in and gifts the AZ Democrat party the $1 million bond as it’s in their interest to stop the audit, too.

'I'm Going to Stab the F*** Out of You, B****': New Video Shows Ma’Khia Bryant Altercation Before Shooting
Bryant was painted as a saint in the days following her death, but a new video shows she had clear intent to harm.
I believe trump will run in 2024 if the gop takes the house and senate in 2022. Also replacing McConnell with a maga majority leader. That's why thune has to be defeated as well . He is setup to be mitchs replacement. Noem can beat him. Thats why egop is attacking her.

Dems won’t post $1M bond, so election audit won’t be paused
Attorney Kory Langhofer, who represents the Senate, argued that the lawsuit should be barred by lawmakers’ legislative immunity from being served with lawsuits during the legislative session. He also argued that the Democratic Party and Gallardo lack standing to sue, and that the lawsuit violates the separation of powers between the legislative and judicial branches.
Langhofer told the Arizona Mirror that the Senate will still appeal the ruling to defend lawmakers’ right to legislative immunity during the session. A hearing with a duty justice of the Arizona Supreme Court is scheduled for 3 p.m.

Dems won’t post $1M bond, so election audit won’t be paused
A brief weekend pause in the Arizona Senate’s election audit that a judge ordered on Friday won’t happen because the Arizona Democratic Party declined to put up a $1 million bond that the judge requested to cover any expenses that the Senate wrongfully incurs…
