How to force a judge recusal.

Dont like the judge assigned to your case?

Step 1:
Retain a lawyer who had previously worked with the judge you dislike.

Step 2:
Have your newly retained lawyer file some paperwork with the judge you dislike.

Step 3:
Tell the judge to recuse himself because he now has a conflict of interest.

Don’t let them tell you which firearms you can own, either.

Interestingly it was a Cyber Ninjas attorney that caused the recusal.

NEW - Arizona attorney general Mark Brnovich rejects Democrats' call for a probe of Maricopa County 2020 election audit as "no facts" have been brought forward to warrant an investigation.

"Any such complaints must be based on credible facts and not conjecture of politics," Brnovich said.
