Judge Martin Must Recuse Himself
‼️Please call the Judge’s Clerk’s Office at 602-372-2925 and ask that Judge Martin recuse himself regarding case number: CV2021-006646. His past relationship with Brown and Bain (now Perkins Coie) is a conflict of interest. Furthermore, he was appointed to this case by Judge Gates, the wife of Maricopa Supervisor Bill Gates who has done everything to BLOCK the audit — this is a second clear conflict of interest!
Title 28 of the United States Code (the “Judicial Code”) provides standards for judicial disqualification or recusal.
The official rule states that “[a]ny justice, judge, or magistrate judge of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned.” Both federal and state law holds that judges must recuse themselves if there are grounds to do so. Depending on the circumstances, judges are subject to punishment for not recusing themselves.
