I’ve said *all along* there are no honorable people in FBI or DOJ... but carry that further. There are 17 agencies in the Intelligence Community. People like Comey, McCabe, Baker, Page, Moyer, Strzok, Carlin, McCord, Yates are all there is. There no good guys in those agencies. The good ones left.

There’s no ability to be a whistleblower. Look where snowden is. I have personally seen what happens to whistleblowers. The system, as corrupt & abusive as it is, protects itself. Laws don’t matter. They pick & choose what laws they follow with impunity b/c they control the Justice system: they control the FBI & DOJ & the courts. The checks & balances exist only on paper. See: FISC ignoring The Surveillance State & #spygate & SCOTUS allowing the theft of the Presidency to install the System’s Mariannette- their puppet.

Do you remember post 9-11 when the Bush administration instituted NSA spying on Americans to target Al Qaeda cells here? Do you remember how Comey & Mueller rushed to stop it? Because it wasn’t in the interest of the System to stop attacks w/ an illegal program: much more was planned & the illegal program had to be killed to protect what was coming- Patriot Act & follow on bills that handed total control to the Intelligence Community.

Note that the targeting of Donald Trump using the very Surveillance State talked about here was in part led by James Comey: from Deputy AG of DOJ setting the stage for the creation of the Surveillance State to a promotion to FBI Director leading its most sensitive targeting operations. And across this same time period, look at what Mike Hayden was involved in, and how he advanced. And now knowing all of this, you understand why DOJ IG Horowitz accomplished little.

This is the particularly insidious part: remember Senators Grassley & Ernst & Johnson & Graham controlling the Senate Judiciary & pretending to investigate #spygate ? And in the wake of rubber stamping The Big Lie that was Joe Biden’s election, those same Republican Senators voted to confirm key #spygate conspirators John Carlin (former head of DOJ National Security Division who authorized the FISA abuse), and senior DOJ NSD attorney Mary McCord who was the manpower making the illegitimate illegal FISA warrants happen & planning their acquisition & misuse, & Lisa Monaco of similar background- those same Senate Judiciary Republicans voted to confirm these #spygate conspirators to positions at the highest level of the DOJ in the Biden administration.

There is one party. And people like Graham, Ernst, Grassley, Cheney, McCarthy are part of The System- that’s why they voted to put #spygate criminals back in their old jobs to carry on & expand the abuses. That’s why they rubber stamped the 2020 election- that’s why people like Liz Cheney & Mitch McConnell work so hard to undercut & marginalize MAGA candidates & voters. We are a threat to The System.

Officer Derek Chauvin's attorneys have filed a motion for new trial.

Allegations include: due process and constitutional violations for failing to transfer venue, failing to sequester the jury; confrontation clause violation of confrontation clause for failing to order Morries Hall to testify; prosecutorial misconduct.

Our analysis: it's a valid motion - and we believe he deserves the appeal to be granted - but appeals courts are very hesitant to grant the relief requested.
