It seems like Jenna Ellis missed another way for a president to be removed, and it’s one that Trump himself suggested Biden might face - the 25th amendment.

She actually missed quite a few different possible scenarios for how this could turn out, though I don’t think her response should’ve made people as upset as it did. CMZ found some old quotes, but a lot of US were saying those things in 2015-16. She’s accounted for that.

I think the problem with her thinking (and that of others) is that they’re looking at the situation we’re in as a matter of ‘flipping states’ so Trump would then ‘win’ the electoral college and be the rightful president. Except he already did that and everyone but some commies, Obamies, and Romnies know that.

Biden isn’t the legitimate President. A bunch of illegitimate members of Congress are going to vote to impeach an illegitimate president? That’s just playing make-believe. Impeachment is for removing real presidents.

You think Putin gets his intel from Rachel Maddow and the New York Times? You think he’s swayed by a statement from Chris Krebs and CISA? You think Xi accepts Bill Barr’s statement that he hadn’t seen enough widespread election fraud to turn the election ‘at that point’? We’re all pretending that a view held by somewhere around 75% of Biden’s 50-60 million voters somehow becomes a truth we have to contend with.

But the truth is the truth. When the truth becomes recognized as the commonly-held, common sense position of everyone else, there will be no choice but to act.

Back to the options:

This isn’t a matter of ‘flipping states’ followed by some apologies and handing the keys to the Oval back to Trump.

This isn’t about someone getting the count wrong or Dominion being in trouble. This is treason and coup we’re discussing. And countless people from both parties were involved and complicit, or happy to silence themselves if they benefitted from it.

People who commit treason and attempt to overthrow the country aren’t politely asked to leave office and they’re not allowed to continue serving until they’re impeached by a congress every bit as illegitimate as they are.

These people attempted to overthrow the constitution. There are actually people whose sworn oath is to defend that constitution from enemies foreign and domestic, and to give their lives to that cause if they must. That should be remembered today of all days.

We can all hope there is no violence, but the communist citizens have shown us that’s to be expected, so hopefully it is put down quickly.

While some people could simply be declared the winners of their elections (McSally, John James, David Perdue, etc...) there will be other races where there will be no winner because the actual winner was also complicit in the coup (Lindsay Graham, Mitch McConnell, etc).

Everyone who was in a position of public authority who did not object to the overwhelming evidence of election fraud is guilty and complicit and should be treated as such. None of them should hold public office and that includes the Crenshaws and Cottons of the world.

Needless to say, I’m on the FVE team, but I’m not sure that will ultimately be the direction this goes. It’s amazing that General Flynn forced the media to start discussing Myanmar as a parallel, comparable situation. They take the bait every time.

What I’m fairly certain of, however, is that this won’t be solved through impeachment, and doesn’t need to be. Jenna Ellis may be correct in referring to precedent, but what difference does that make?

We don’t stop until we reach full accountability. That’s the goal. It’s so much bigger than Trump in the White House.
