Bob Cheeley called 2 expert witnesses. One was a forensic accountant who checked the ballot batch numbers and found the 20% discrepancy between the SOS data and what Fulton gave them.

At about an hour in, a paper and materials expert testified about how she would examine the paper. She explains why she needs to see them under ultraviolet light.

The Fulton County attorney says its against Federal law for anyone other than county election officials to actually touch the ballots...

The SOS lawyer cites the DOJ letter to AZ that stated letting the ballots leave the custody of election officials violated the Civil Rights Act.

The SOS attorney made the argument that SOS investigators should be present at the audit.
Judge is fine with that

I find it interesting that Gabriel Sterling went on CNN and said their investigators already looked at all the ballots in Fulton. He said they did that to investigate the counterfeit ballot claim. The lawyer did not bring that up, which you would think she would have done if it really happened.

Why do we have to keep ballots for 22 months if no one is ever going to look at them?

I have said from day 1 of this illegitimate presidency: the goal was to steal the election to get Kamala into the vice presidency- they knew they could never get her elected- and then elevate her procedurally using the #25A. And i said from day one they had the paperwork ready to go since before the rigged election & they would use Biden’s first foreign summit where he couldnt hide his dementia as the perfect excuse to set that plan in motion. Its playing out in front of us right now.

This is what accounts for the 4 hour vote-counting pause on election night. They realized even with the huge numbers of votes being switched on the election machines by foreign state hackers, Trump was going to win. So they were forced to stop the counting and mobilize the backup paper ballots.

On down-ballot races where there aren't that much attention focused on them, they can make it look better. But the top race in the nation? This is how Trump forced them into the open, made them do it in broad daylight. There had never been a 4 hour pause in counting votes on election night and note that the election officials in the states where the counting stopped still refuse to explain why it happened and why it happened simultaneously in the battleground states where the pause occurred. They cannot admit coordination, so they dodge the question and refuse to answer it.

“No Valid Reason” for SQL Software to Be on Voting Systems

Wake TS stated in their Fulton County, PA audit report: “There is no valid reason for Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools to be installed on the EMS. This software toolbox allows any user with access to change and manipulate the EMS databases without logging (recording to the Database, EMS, or OS log files.”

Via Rachel: The only “valid” reason to have it is to cheat! I write SQL code and if someone has “write” access to the tables that are tallying the votes - you could easily write a SQL query to change “Candidate A” to “Candidate Dummy.”
