Georgia Judge Doesn’t Immediately Rule on Motions to Dismiss in Fulton County Absentee Ballot Case

“I think it’s important that I take a little bit of time to review it and think about it,” Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero said during a hearing.

Amero noted that there has been a flurry of filings in the case, which asserts there were fraudulent ballots counted during the 2020 election in Fulton County.

The judge did not indicate when his decision will be announced.

The counties own records show how many ballots ended up in the adjucation process. If your machines end up failing to read 100,000+ ballots, so the election staff is forced to adjucate them and 'determine' who the voter wanted to vote for, I don't see any innocent explanation for this. We need REFORM NOW. Get away from these machines that have such failure rates in these certain counties that are allowing supposedly 'neutral' election staffers to pick who the voter voted for.

Durham found the exculpatory documents that the FBI under J. Edgar Hoover framed innocent men for a murder committed by FBI informants. I believe it will come out in the end that US Attorney Jeffrey Jensen was working for de facto Special Counsel John Durham when he went into the Mueller Special Counsel's offices and the FBI headquarters in January thru April of 2020 and found the exculpatory documents that proved the FBI and the Mueller SCO had framed Lt. General Michael Flynn.

SB1083 (Sen. Michelle Ugenti-Rita) - Requires an election recount when the vote margin between two candidates is one-half of one percent.

SB1241 (Sen. Kelly Townsend) - Election integrity omnibus bill

SCR1010 (Sen. Kelly Townsend) - Calls for a Convention of States to discuss protecting Constitutional rights during emergencies and ensuring free and fair elections. A Convention of States is an official gathering of state legislatures.
