According to Ken Bennett: Thousands of duplicate ballots had missing serial number, making it almost impossible to match the original ballots with the duplicate ballots.

In response to a question by Senate President Fan, Mr. Bennet responded there is no way to know if ballots sent to duplication were duplicated multiple times.

The last time the system was updated was August, 2019.
No operating system updates or patches were made since that date
This creates vulnerabilities to hacking.
