Senator Mastriano Responds to the Latest Bully Tactics by the Wolf Administration | Mastriano Response

Senator Doug Mastriano issued a statement today in response to Acting Secretary Degraffenreid’s decision to decertify all electronic voting systems in Fulton County (which was audited in early 2021):

“On the heels of a veiled threat disguised as a “directive” to all counties in Pennsylvania two weeks ago, the Acting Secretary of State is once again abusing the power of her department to punish and intimidate local governments and their taxpayers.
Without any proof of compromised parts or an examination of voting machines, the Acting Secretary is taking it upon herself to unilaterally decertify all machines in Fulton County and force the taxpayers of that county to pay for it.

This is not about “ensuring the machines continue to meet standards,” as the Acting Secretary stated. This is about sending a message to counties who dare to be transparent about their election process. That message is very clear: Any county who has the audacity to partner with the General Assembly to demonstrate that their elections were secure and accurate will be punished.”

The Fulton County, PA audit found unauthorized SQL software on the voting machines. Rather than fighting the audits, the Acting Secretary should be supporting an expanded investigation of the equipment and ballots in other counties.

JUST IN - French President Macron changes his mobile number and phone amid the #Pegasus spyware scandal.
It’s mystifying why Rs continue to “negotiate” with Ds on “infrastructure” after Schumer/Biden made clear they intend to ram through—via partisan reconciliation—every expenditure, tax hike & policy excluded from the bipartisan “deal”. The “negotiation” is an elaborate gimmick.

Hasbro CRT whistleblower David Johnson RESPONDS to Hasbro official statement - says his Critical Race Theory training was MANDATORY and questions their stance on CRT!
IOWA

Trump – 897,672 (53.1%)
Biden – 759,061 (44.9%)

While OH & IA were never in play, IA matches more with MN & WI, and OH goes with PA & MI. IA is swingy. Registrations in medium to large counties all check out, and even the statewide number, just a hair in favor of Democrats, accurately forecasted a 1% drift left. Reagan won Iowa by less in 1984 than in his first campaign.

Green – Low/No Fraud

Iowa is the cleanest state I’ve seen yet. Keep in mind, “all green” doesn’t mean there is no fraud. It just means that trends are in keeping with recent political shifts, and also something IA provides us – registration by party.

One critical point, magnifying the insane Biden numbers elsewhere in the region, especially MN, with a “7% victory" (228k excess), and about 139k in WI.
IA Biden vote % over:
Obama ’08: -8.4%
Obama ’12: -7.7%
Clinton ’16: +16.1%

MN Biden vote % over:
Obama ’08: +9.1%
Obama ’12: +11.1%
Clinton ’16: +25.5%

WI Biden vote % over:
Obama ’08: -2.8%
Obama ’12: 0.6%
Clinton ’16: +18.0%

Beyond Boyer: What Are the Other Options for AZ Audit Subpoena Enforcement?

Legislative subpoenas are traditionally enforced via a contempt resolution, which requires a majority vote. Senate swing-vote Paul Boyer voted against holding the Maricopa County Supervisors in contempt on February 8th and has subsequently trashed the AZ audit, calling it an “embarrassment.” However, even if Boyer miraculously left the RINO camp, the Senate is now adjourned for the year and cannot hold another subpoena enforcement vote while they’re out of session.

What are the other options?

1️⃣ Can the Senate issue a warrant? Josh Barnett recently argued that Senate Judiciary Chairman Warren Petersen has the power to issue a warrant authorized by Senate President Karen Fann. Alex Kolodin, the Senate’s attorney, will be discussing the idea tonight at 9ET.

2️⃣ Ask the Attorney General to investigate. Senator Kelly Townsend has called on AG Mark Brnovich to investigate the Maricopa County election irregularities and the Supervisors’ obstruction and non-compliance. We can support Townsend’s request by reaching out to Brnovich:

3️⃣ File FOIA requests for the Splunk logs and other missing information. This is an area we’re investigating.

4️⃣ Go back to court. Senate President Karen Fann mentioned this option at the end of the July 15 Senate Hearing. In a recent John Fredericks interview, Ken Bennett explained that the Board of Supervisors can’t be held in contempt of court because the Senate issued the subpoenas — the jurisdiction lies with the Senate not the court. However, if the court granted a motion to compel and the Supervisors ignored it, could they be held in contempt at that point?

This is a corral of ideas and questions, not definitive answers. Solution-sleuthing is aided by discussion - let us know your thoughts. We’d love any attorneys to weigh-in.
