Beyond Boyer: What Are the Other Options for AZ Audit Subpoena Enforcement?
Legislative subpoenas are traditionally enforced via a contempt resolution, which requires a majority vote. Senate swing-vote Paul Boyer voted against holding the Maricopa County Supervisors in contempt on February 8th and has subsequently trashed the AZ audit, calling it an “embarrassment.” However, even if Boyer miraculously left the RINO camp, the Senate is now adjourned for the year and cannot hold another subpoena enforcement vote while they’re out of session.
What are the other options?
1️⃣ Can the Senate issue a warrant? Josh Barnett recently argued that Senate Judiciary Chairman Warren Petersen has the power to issue a warrant authorized by Senate President Karen Fann. Alex Kolodin, the Senate’s attorney, will be discussing the idea tonight at 9ET.
2️⃣ Ask the Attorney General to investigate. Senator Kelly Townsend has called on AG Mark Brnovich to investigate the Maricopa County election irregularities and the Supervisors’ obstruction and non-compliance. We can support Townsend’s request by reaching out to Brnovich:
☎️ 602-542-5025
💻 AGInfo@azag.gov
3️⃣ File FOIA requests for the Splunk logs and other missing information. This is an area we’re investigating.
4️⃣ Go back to court. Senate President Karen Fann mentioned this option at the end of the July 15 Senate Hearing. In a recent John Fredericks interview, Ken Bennett explained that the Board of Supervisors can’t be held in contempt of court because the Senate issued the subpoenas — the jurisdiction lies with the Senate not the court. However, if the court granted a motion to compel and the Supervisors ignored it, could they be held in contempt at that point?
This is a corral of ideas and questions, not definitive answers. Solution-sleuthing is aided by discussion - let us know your thoughts. We’d love any attorneys to weigh-in.

My life and the life of my immediate family have been scrutinized, vetted, inspected and investigated to the nth degree and they discovered nothing, not even an unpaid parking ticket. They had to make up a lie, attack my family, destroy everything that was hard earned in my life, and then persecute me for years (DOJ, The Intel Community to include the FBI and the Judiciary)…I learned a lot about myself, “friends” and the American people. The media and others will continue to accuse me of whatever they can…that’s not okay, but that’s what they do. I don’t like it one bit…my response is and will be that I will continue to #FightLikeAFlynn and I strongly urge all Americans to do the same. God bless all of you who supported my family and I. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

There are many more than 200 cases of voter fraud.
When confronted with over 10k cases of voter fraud by Mark Davis , from Margot Cleveland at the Federalist, Gabriel Sterling said no big deal. So what if people voted outside their legal address with the state, we have to count every vote.
Margot Cleveland was very concerned about that response.
So were the people of Georgia.
Bear in mind this is AFTER the reports from Matt Braynard at Look Ahead America and Richard Baris from People's Pundit did of out of our state, change of address flags, etc that they found. Baris found 150k change of address flags in Fulton alone. No one in the GOP was interested in looking at his data.
Both of them said there were so many issues with the voter roles and voters, a winner could not be decided.
I say this to say, we KNOW the voter roles were dirty.
We KNOW the SOS office signed that consent agreement last Spring.
We KNOW the SOS office sent out absentee ballot applications to all 'registered' voters on the list for the primary..and we know if someone filled out an application for the primary, it rolled over to the General with no action required..
We KNOW the Legislature came into session last summer and the consent agreement was not introduced to the session for approval
We KNOW that there was a case heard in Judge Tottenberg's Court last fall that challenged the efficacy of the Dominion machines, and she ruled that a true audit could not take place, but it was too late to change the GA November election rules.
We KNOW that millions of dollars flooded our state to change the rules for what happened with drop boxes, poll watchers, etc.
We KNOW 1000s of affidavits were filed that documented malfeasance.
We now see all of this being proven.
Stay strong.
Keep the faith.
Why do we do this?
Because we want to KNOW the truth.
