Paul Johnson

The family that I want to spotlight today is the Johnson family.

Paul Johnson was a peaceful protestor January 6th.

The Johnson home was raided before dawn on April 13th.

I have reviewed cell phone footage provided by his wife. I am not at liberty to share the videos with you yet.

Dozens of armed agents in tactical gear pointed guns at their 7, 8, and 14 year old children.

Their children were forced outside, half-clothed in 42 degree weather.

The FBI raided their home for over 4 hours.

The FBI refused the Johnson family a lawyer until they agreed to provide an interview first.

The FBI would only show the Johnsons their warrant AFTER they conducted their raid.

These actions are blatantly illegal. When I receive permission, I will show you these videos.

Heartsick for this family.

Did you catch that? They are planning to use this commission as free rein to do whatever they damn well please.

Then he closes with, “this was ultimately an attack on the Capitol motivated by people who could not accept losing an election and made the decision that they would use violence to achieve a political object that they can’t at the ballot box - and that danger to our democracy is one we’re going to have to address and it will be part of the scope of what we look at.”

🚨PSA🚨 Kelly Townsend negotiated a committee on the audit results. Even though the Senate has adjourned the session sine die, once the results of the audit are made public, they will go public & compel Governor Ducey to call a special session. This would allow the legislature an opportunity to pass elections reform based on the results of the audit to prevent future fraud.

If Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Arizona found fraud or malfeasance to the extent that Joe Biden's margins of victory in those states would be overcome, and the November outcome called into question, those states could decertify their Biden electors.

If they did, Joe Biden's electoral vote count (on paper) would drop to 265, leaving him short of the 270 needed to win.

Would Congress convene a special session and consider changing the electoral vote count?

It is impossible to tell at this point what, if any, mechanism exists to reverse the outcome of the presidential election.

FYI: Got word this morning that infractions or issues that previously would have caused a “warning” for a FFL by the ATF, will now be immediate pull of the license by the ATF from the FFL.
