Obviously generals of all countries all speak to each other. That’s not what’s in question. What is in question is, if this is true, did he go around the chain of command for the call and what was said on this call? Then, there is the issue of the call with pelosi that looks absolutely treasonous. If that one is fact, then that explains why they are desperate to paint trump as anything but legitimate.
