Another bad optics situation for Dominion was just uncovered.

In a letter from Richard Barron, Fulton County's Director of Registration & Elections to the County's auditor, it was noted that half of the election management staff were sidelined with covid the week of the 2020 election. The affected employees were replaced by Dominion contractors at a rate of $2,000 per day per person. The hourly rate went up to $5,000 per day per person the day of the election.

From the July 15, 2021 AZ Senate hearing:

Per Doug Logan, ballot calibration was off by an average of 1000% leading to bleed-through, which can cause over-votes or inaccurate vote attribution. The County has stated that they use thick VoteSecure paper, which should limit bleed-through. However, the Cyber Ninjas team found a large number of ballots printed on very thin paper stock. The ballots printed on-demand at the voting centers on election day had the worst calibrations issues. More than 168K ballots were affected.

Apparently, this part of the audit has not been completed yet. When the examination is complete, an additional report will be given to the Senate.

Ballots printed on paper that was too think were DELIBERATELY issued all across Arizona to election day voters.

They KNEW that the overwhelming number of election day voters were Trump voters. The bleed through spoiled their ballots, marked for Trump, the election staff adjudicated them & changed them to vote for biden. Thousands and thousands of Arizonans had their votes stolen on election day. The official maricopa county emails released show it was a deliberate organized program. 👇

The issue with thin ballot paper and bleed through is that it often causes ballots to be rejected by tabulation machines. When it's rejected, a ballot is sent to adjudication.
When a ballot is sent to adjudication, a human must decide the intent of the voter. The one performing adjudication has an opportunity to negate the voter's intended selections.
In Maricopa County approximately 200,000 ballots (11%) were sent to adjudication in the 2020 election.

Per the CyberNinjas audit report, Runbeck's CEO initially agreed to answer questions about ballot printing discrepancies, but later, the CEO said he was instructed by Maricopa County not to talk to auditors.

255,326 early vote ballots were received from Maricopa County voters who were not found in the EV33 file.

The importance of this finding is that it's a violation of state law to send out an early vote ballot to a voter who has not requested one. Once a voter has requested an early ballot, their name goes in the EV33 file.

Why were more than 255,000 early vote ballots sent to people who did not request them?
