Another New York Times Columnist and Those Conducting Progressive Polling and Analysis Want Us to Believe That Those Of Us Who Saw the Cheating in the 2020 Election Are Driven by Race, a Lack of Education, and Religion - Opinion: Trump True Believers Have Their Reasons (New York Times)
Comment: Mr. Edsall: You enjoy piecing together overly long essays by picking quotes from progressive sources that allow you to build your narrative from survey data and miscellaneous political jargon.
Let me offer a different perspective, sir.
Why do I believe the 2020 Presidential election, and possibly several downballot elections were stolen?
First, I saw it happen in front of me as the election results came in on 3 and 4 November and in the video evidence of malfeasance in key Democratically-controlled precincts and cities.
Second, I read and saw the planning in advance of the election that described the playbook that unfolded.
Third, I see and hear and read how hard Democratic and anti-Trump Republicans are resisting the proper conduct of audits that 'should' only show that the election was conducted properly and that ballots submitted were indeed proper ballots.
And finally, the Arizona forensic audit results validate the concerns I hold.
So, I am of the mind that my reasoning and my true beliefs are supported by facts. I do wonder, Mr. Edsall, what your 'true beliefs' are supported by? Might you be the person susceptible to "epistemic hubris — the expression of unwarranted factual certitude"?
A person like yourself, convinced of your factual certitude, should welcome the opportunity to thoroughly prove your position via independent, verified, and detailed audits in the several states that were suspected of fraud in November, and remain questioned by 'tens of millions' of voters today.
To paraphrase your closing, "There are credible reasons to find" your adamancy to look askance at my opinion, based on facts, in favor of your own views that are reliant upon not verifying the 'factual certitude' that you possess.

Bret Stephens May Have to Turn in His New York Times Columnist Card for Even Considering that President Biden Might Not Stand “for Honor and Telling the Truth.” - Opinion: An Ethically Challenged Presidency (New York Times)
Comment: After Mr. Stephens lays out President Biden's lies about his disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, he then expounds on what we have learned primarily from one Politico reporter who dissected Hunter Biden's laptop, found it credible, and concluded that the corruption described reaches to the President.
Stephens concludes that "it is [the President's] job to ensure that Hunter and other relatives don’t profit by trading on his position in government,"
He then concludes, "That would be corruption. The president will have to do better than give us his 'word as a Biden' that he’ll put an end to it."
Okay. Mr. Stephens, I will offer one hand clapping for this fine article. But what you have missed entirely is the purposeful hiding, the lack of curiosity, and the professional malfeasance of the New York Times and of all of the American media and social media that spiked the story of Hunter Biden's laptop and Joe Biden's activities in the month before the election. The story was there for investigation and corroboration. You and your employer and the reporters in your newsroom let the American public believe there was nothing to the New York Post's reporting. And now, we are paying for your unprofessionalism and ethical challenges.

We can no longer accept his “word as a Biden.”
I think Durham might collapse the HRC/DNC/PC arrangement under crime-fraud exception. They did the same setup for FGPS, Crowdstrike, Joffe, Steele (once removed). House of cards may come tumbling down.

@15poundstogo Rereading HPSCI interviews of Sullivan, Podesta & Elias, it seems like they structured so DNC/HRC could retain plausible deniability (“we just paid legal fees”) while Elias procured the services of FGPS to gather dirt and rely on A/C and W/P…

He’s doing nothing. Because he’s incompetent. Because he wasn’t picked to fix or do things: he was picked to help break the system.
