This is Ken Bennett's opening statement to Congress....
“The most significant finding of the audit is that the hand count of the physical ballots very closely matches the county’s official results in the President and US Senate races. Now that finding is frustrating to many who expected the audit to prove a different election result.”
This is proof that “Republicans” are complete puppets.
No, Ken, it was not a recount, nor were the terms of the audit to see if the counts and tallies matched up. There were 5 months to ensure that the counts matched up, and the ballot tallies aligned with the certified results showing Biden, Kelly, etc, winning. I would have been shocked if there were any other outcome in that portion of the audit.
You are conveniently ignoring 74k+ ballots between Logan and Shiva outlining ineligible or duplicated ballots, issues with signatures, and also with 255k disparity between the final voted file and the EV33.
Your imaginary recount doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter who “won” in that.
The election was not an actual election. It must be decertified regardless of who had more votes when the dust settled. This protects rights of voters for all candidates, parties, and positions.

Most likely in compliance with the litigation hold the AG put on them
Ballot signature afficdavits boxes were seen, which tells me we will actually get real signature matching. Keep in mind Dr. Shiva never got to do it with the low resolution images (Of Envelopes) and only got to check the signatures for any physical abnormalities (duplicates, scribbles, etc)
Comparing the signatures given by the voter to their voter record is how we determine the legitimacy.
So I can't wait!
