~Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) is now ignoring calls from Biden. She simply is not returning any call from the WH, and multiple sources say the relationship between Sinema and Biden has seriously degraded.

~I guess Biden and Sanders words re the harassment she is enduring from the left has made her justifiably bitter.

~Both her (and Manchin) are committed to persevering the filibuster, which means they can't pass any social legislation without 60 votes.

~Budgetary issues can pass with 51 votes, but Manchin opposes anything above $1.5T and Sinema opposes any tax increases (she also has issues with its size; while Manchin wants the Hyde Amendment included).

~The reality is no major piece of legislation will be advanced in 2022.

~So, Dems literally have two and a half months (counting holidays) to finish their budget battles.

~It appears more than nothing, but far less than something significant, may pass, but it is looking less and less likely ANYTHING will pass.
