That is the RED FLAG! Do not start the programs that will be forever. Don’t buy into it. It's all a scam.
This is just a ruse to have a lower overhead cost. Instead of 3.5 T it’ll be 1.9 T. The programs will be in place and then never go away. Dems get their way. @GOP must say no to this all the way.
