SCOOP: Joe Manchin and Bernie Sanders squabbled behind closed doors Wednesday, with Manchin using a raised-fist goose egg to tell his colleague he can live without any of President Biden's social spending plan

W/ @HansNichols https://t.co/plJMSCB2mS

😆🤣😂😹
Manchin's comfort level with zero as a final number — and his willingness to threaten Sanders with it publicly at Wednesday's lunch for Senate committee chairs — reveals a stark reality for Democratic negotiators: Manchin can control the final dollar amount

Manchin said, "I'm comfortable with zero," forming a "zero" with his thumb and index finger, Tester reiterated, saying he believes the West Virginia Democrat can live with himself if the Senate doesn't pass any of the president's package.

Progressives most hurt.
Chris Coons told @axios: "There was a vigorous, 10-minute discussion. Bernie said, '$6 trillion.'"

"[Manchin] said, 'We shouldn't do it at all,'" Coons recalled, himself making the goose-egg symbol as he recounted the conversation

Despite the senators' private bickering, both Tester & Coons said they're hopeful Democrats will strike an agreement on a top-line figure for the package by the end of Thursday.

Manchin isn't as optimistic.

“I don’t see that happening," he told reporters.

Instead of canceling your debt as promised, Biden is paying Navient $391,000,000 of your tax dollars to harass you for payments.

Navient donated to Biden’s campaign.

Politicians think we are idiots, and that an envelope with a sorry excuse for the word “personal” in fake printed handwriting is going to fool us into think somehow, some way, WE got a PERSONAL letter from these people. Do better. We aren’t falling for your crap. This is an insult to your intelligence. I roll my eyes
Everyone of them need to be out of a job come midterms. That is the LEAST that should happen to them. 👇

Reminder tonight we are able to ask our questions of Ken Bennett here in Scottsdale.

Here’s a simple question. If you have five $20 bills and 3 of them are counterfeit do you still have $100?

We do not have the paper analysis report by Jovan Hutton Pulitzer. Nor do we have the report from the splunk logs and routers after we have indeed proven that the machines were connected to the Internet.

This is not over!

The research & development of technology needed to build a robust social media platform is costly. Facebook, Google and Twitter succeeded largely because their research and development were funded by DARPA. Most social media platforms fail because they lack capital for R&D.

Trump's new company just raised a massive amount of capital in a single day from stock sales—money that can be used to fund R&D.

Why did so many investors buy stock in the company today?

Because investors believe in the Trump brand and they know people are looking for a legit alternative to big tech social media platforms.

I see people dissing Trump's move to launch his own platform, speculating that it will be a flop.

If you know Trump, you know he isn't going to put his name on a crappy social media platform. If he did, his enemies would never let him live it down.
That's not gonna happen.
I would bet on the new platform being as functional (or better) than anything available at present.
