Actually there’s TWO different false statements Steele made to federal officials and Durham will be able to indict him for either one: 1] lying about who he was working for or 2] giving the feds a fake name as his primary source for his dossier’s Trump/Russia collusion allegations. It’s documented in declassifications that Steele told different federal officials different names for his primary source. He told the FBI the PSS was Igor Danchenko. He told the State Department it was Trubnikov & Surkov. So he either lied to the FBI and told Kavalec at the St. Dept the truth, or it was the other way around. OR HE LIED TO BOTH. But that he lied to ONE of them cannot be disputed.
