-Appears the GOP are building a mini wave in the lower VA SL races next week too.

-Independent voters and parents of K-12 students are stampeding to support Republicans Glenn Youngkin, Winsome Sears, Jason Miyares and other GOP state house candidates, per Cygnal Polling.

-Virginia Indies: Youngkin 60%; McAuliffe 32%.

-These voters overwhelmingly supported Biden in 2020.

-Early voting way, way down (I mentioned this weeks ago, glad the major polling firms have figured it out). Dems always win the Early Vote, so this doesn't bode well for the VA DNC.

-Among ED (Election Day) voters, it's Youngkin 65%, McAuliffe 39%.

Wait it gets better...

-The VA Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General races are both tied too. McAuliffe is dragging those races down. Same thing happened in 2009 when the GOP routed Dems in Virginia. That event teed up the Tea Party wave of 2010.

-New Cygnal (Conservative) poll tie: Youngkin 48.3%; McAuliffe 48.3%.

-However, the Midterm question is interesting. Which party are you going to vote for in 2022? GOP 49%; Dems 47.9%.

Excellent article explaining Durhams options to have the conspiracy to defraud the USA heard in many Trump friendly districts. This is big. n short, the conspirators’ alleged campaign dirty trick became a criminal matter once it was used to trick and deceive the government into wasting its time, energy and resources investigating the hoax. Think of it in terms of making a false report of a crime to the local police.

And, given the locations where the various conspirators allegedly committed overt acts, Durham has his choice of venues in which charges can be brought. The CIA headquarters are located in the Eastern District of Virginia. Georgia Tech is in the Northern District of Georgia. The email traffic passed through facilities all over the United States. In short, the conspiracy charges can be brought in any number of locations which will be far more receptive to the prosecution’s case than the District of Columbia where persons affiliated with the Democrat party are a seemingly protected species.

AZ Grand Jury Issues Another Indictment Related to Illegal Voting | AZ Free News

Victor Manuel Aguirre, a convicted felon, is charged with one count of False Registration and one count of Illegal Voting related to steps he allegedly took to register to vote and then cast a ballot in the 2020 General Election.

The charges against Aguirre are among several pursued in recent months by Brnovich’s election team. Most of the prosecutions have involved one or two low level felonies, although a San Luis woman is charged with four felonies in connection to an alleged conspiracy to collect several early ballots for the August 2020 Primary Election in Yuma County.

Liz Harris comments: “While it's great to see some voter fraud being prosecuted, this indictment falls short of naming all the individuals involved. Brnovich needs to step up and also go after the county officials that failed in their duties.

How was a convicted felon, without restored voting rights, ever allowed to register in the first place?”
