According to the SEC, Sen. Richard Burr of North Carolina, then chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, had material nonpublic information about coronavirus impact. He and his brother-in-law dumped stock before the market dropped in March 2020.

Just thinking here. We could be thinking about the Sussmann/Baker meeting all wrong. What if Durham doesn't care if Sussmann lied or it to the FBI because Baker was longtime friends with Sussmann and knew he was working for the Clinton Campaign. Now get this, Durham and Sussmann know that the Alfa Bank pings where fraudulently made up evidence by Joffe and no matter whether Sussmann was working for clinton or not that is a crime by giving it to the fbi at all.
I think durhams move is against Baker and the fbi for pushing that falsely attributed Alfa/Trump/Russia evidence through the system as well as the fbi leaking stories about it. That is conspiracy to defraud the United States.
Has Baker turned already or will he plead the 5th. Has Ohr or Preistap spilled the beans. Sussmann and Sullivan and Mook and Blumenthal aren't sleeping well wondering what Durham already knows.
