There is no need to say that there have been 800 something cases as compared to however many shots if you aren’t still using propaganda in your journalism. There is no reason to use the word “rare” when you don’t have the data. In my opinion, ONE CASE IS TOO MUCH. At this point we’ve seen hundreds of these instances in random surfing on the internet.
