Making a motion for mistrial with prejudice, which means Binger can't simply turn around and try again later by calling for a new trial.

Binger not helping himself here. Talking about questions that need to be answered - dude that's what you were supposed to find out before the trial STARTED, you're not supposed to be fishing for evidence to use against the defendant DURING the trial.

Binger now saying he wants to introduce into evidence to the court regarding media interviews Kyle gave. This should have been done before the trial started, if it was going to happen.

Judge is not having any of it.

Binger is about to get shut down. He's using this discussion to argue the case. The judge is losing patience. This is about admissible evidence.

Its not about a conviction now: its about smearing Kyle Rittenhouse now.

Its about providing a pretext for the next round of Leftwing political violence, their perceived ‘revenge’.
