What you're watching now in this trial is what happens when a prosecution has no idea where it's really going, and it's stumbling trying to get there. They are repeatedly asking questions they don't know the answers to.

The problem with that picture & no eye witness testimony confirming what the prosecutor is saying it represents, is that what anyone who owns a gun & has been to a firing range knows how easy it is to muzzle sweep someone inadvertently in a chaotic confusing situation.

The picture doesnt prove shit by itself. And they had to digitally manipulate it to get the desired result.
