-Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals rules *unanimously* to *permanently* block OSHA mandate from taking effect nationwide, effectively vacating Biden's executive order.

-Ruiling sides with Texas, but is a *nationwide* injunction.

-One Reagan and two Trump Judges made the ruiling.

-In their ruiling, the Judges cited a tweet by MSM re WH COS admiting Biden Admin was trying to circumvent Constitution to force people to be vaccinated.

-Only appeal now is thru Justice Alito to SCOTUS.

From the moment I launched this account, on the morning of November 4, 2020, this has always been a labor of love, based on my conviction that the Washington D.C. establishment behind the Steele Dossier, Russiagate, and Ukrainegate would do everything in their power to steal the 2020 election in order to shut down the momentum of Donald Trump's populist-nationalist movement. I never had any intention of starting a career as a journalist, but I was a citizen deeply concerned about the future of our country, and I wanted to fight the lies, deceit, and propaganda being weaponized against the American people.

Over the next two months, I energized and engaged one hundred and fifty thousand followers, garnering over half a billion online impressions, and did everything in my power to show the world the large-scale election fraud that took place during the 2020 presidential election. Subsequently, I was de-platformed by Twitter for telling the truth.

I have always believed that a person's greatest contribution to society occurs at the intersection of what they are most passionate about, what they are uniquely skilled at, and what the world most desperately needs. Therefore, despite being silenced, I restarted from zero, and I rebuilt my following on the free speech platforms of; telegram, rumble, and gab, where I now have over three hundred thousand followers, and I am quickly approaching, another half a billion online impressions.

Throughout the last year, between all of the hours of researching, writing, editing, assembling, and producing, I realized how deeply passionate I am about this work. I spent an entire year doing this work for free, yet somehow, it has been the most rewarding year of my life.

I also now realize more than ever how desperately our nation needs tech-savvy citizens to stand up and fight against the corporate media and big tech monopoly on information. My plan is to continue to create the hard-hitting, original content and analysis that you have come to expect from my channel, but also to branch out into more investigative journalism and high production value videos, with the long-term goal of producing my own show, and developing my own podcast.

MORE - Biden's vaccine mandate "raises serious constitutional concerns" and "exceeds the federal government’s authority," the ruling of the federal appeals court continues.

The court orders OSHA to refrain from implementing or enforcing the mandate in any way.

When I analyzed the OSHA guidance I made mention of this - the fact that employers with LESS than 100 employees weren’t included because of sustainability— I’m glad they mentioned that in the context of the rest of this. The Biden admin is lawless and are finally being put in their place.
