JUST IN: The jurors in the Rittenhouse trial have been selected down to 12 and have left the courtroom to begin deliberations.
Again the charges are as follows the jury will find a verdict on:
- 1. First Degree Reckless Homicide, Use of a Deadly Weapon (Rosenbaum)
- 2. First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Use of a Deadly Weapon (McGinnis)
- 3. First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Use of a Deadly Weapon (unknown male)
- 4. First Degree Intentional Homicide, Use of a Deadly Weapon (Huber)
- 5. Attempt First Degree Intentional Homicide, Use of a Deadly Weapon

We are still waiting in a verdict in the Rittenhouse trial. The Jury has been deliberating for about 2 & 1/2 hours now.

For those curious about the status of the OSHA Mandate -
The 5th Circuit has stayed (paused) the OSHA Mandate pending review. OSHA is ordered that it cannot take steps to enforce or implement the mandate.
For those in the workforce - this means the OSHA Mandate does not apply to you. I get a ton of question on this issue and it's difficult to answer everyone, but I encourage anyone with an employer requiring the vaccine to file both religious and medical exemptions ASAP.
