The laptop has been delivered to the jury.

The defense is now stating that if the jury requests to the see the drone footage in addition to the videos just now provided, that they will again ask for a mistrial because the defense was not provided the high quality video until after their case was rested. This rendered them unable to present what they believe can be seen in the provocation clip in question.

The trial should be over. Right now. Far more misconduct than should be needed to trigger a mistrial without prejudice.
