“On November 7, 2020, an anonymous report of election system fraud was made to the United States Department of Justice and ALL members of the Arizona House and Senate. The allegation that 35,000 fictitious votes had been entered into the Pima County election was related by an individual who claimed to be in the room when the plan was revealed to lower-level Pima County Democratic Party leaders.
“Over the last 12 months a few Members of the Legislature and resources from various election integrity organizations have conducted a quiet, but fruitful investigation into the substance and reliability of the allegation,” states Rep. Biasiucci.
Pima County voters who have first-person knowledge of a violation of Arizona elections law, a violation of the Arizona Elections Procedure Manual, and who may have physical evidence are asked to contact Sen. Kelly Townsend (LD-16) at 602-926-4467.

Some of you may remember the case of Coomes v. Centerra - it’s a lawsuit filed against Centerra (Nuclear energy) by a group of federal contractor employees. This order and letter from attorney Lauren Martel is the first of its kind I’ve seen in light of the injunction granted for Federal contractors yesterday. If after receiving the defendants brief (I can’t see what in the world their argument will be) the judge rules to grant an injunction for these employees, it will set off a ripple effect for the other lawsuits of the same nature pending in court.
Lauren was the attorney who fought for my dear friend Pressley to have the medical care he deserved while in the hospital with COVID. She’s a patriot. I’ll keep watching and we will have a story.

This is essentially a repeal vote on the Biden mandates in the senate using the Congressional Review Act. It now goes to the House. A discharge petition will likely be filed.
We are working to find out who is filing it, who will sign it, and where the most calls and public messages needs to go.
In the meantime, you can call you Congressman asking them if they will vote to use the CRA to repeal Biden’s mandates.
Again this is a big deal. In the end it may not happen. It is worth trying to do it though!!!!
