Three justices at the appeals court reviewing Harvey Weinstein’s appeal have expressed serious concerns that prosecutors in his case had erred by allowing prejudicial evidence at his trial that impugned his character. The appeals court could overturn his conviction in the next few weeks. This means Weinstein would go free unless the Manhattan D.A.’s office decides to try his case again.

The special prosecutor in the Jussie Smollett case now wants permission to release relevant grand jury evidence relating to Kim Foxx and others.
He says that "the interests of justice" require public release of his report.
A hearing is scheduled for Monday morning.

Over the summer, the Dark to Light Podcast had an event called the “Dark to Light Extravaganza”. About 60 or so of our hardcore listeners traveled from all over the country and we rented a big mansion on the beach for a week and we lived all together for that entire week. These folks have become like family to me. Now, many of them are coming to my home for New Years Eve to celebrate a new incoming year.

We have so much to be thankful for and so much to look forward to. There are so many of us out there, and we have been blessed to meet each other and develop relationships with one another.
