The method for ripping off red or purple states in 2020 was to water down Trump margins in the solid GOP strongholds. I have shown you that in precinct maps from states like GA, TX, and AZ. In maps from OR, you can see that it was "run up the score" in the blue to ensure those were held.

Here are EIGHT precincts in Muskegon Co., MI, that are rated as Dem in my scorecard (less than 30% GOP vote, more than 65% Dem vote as baseline).

Notice highighted in yellow (R Shift) that Trump improved his performance from 2016 in terms of margin of defeat in all of them (this is the inner city vote). In the columns new Trump or Biden votes, Trump outgains Biden in net new two party votes (new votes for R or D net) in four of them, with Biden losing votes in two from Clinton.

So, the only way Trump couldn't win Muskegon in 2020 is to have been smashed in all GOP strongholds. BUT his total of new votes is soaring at record highs in a county that is losing population.
