The New York Times has doxxed our sources, published our private attorney-client communications, and, after losing a Motion to Dismiss in which the New York Supreme Court said the terms "disinformation" and "deceptive" certainly applied to the Times' reporting practices as to Project Veritas, was forced to admit they lied about the status of Minnesota law in an article that remains uncorrected to this day. The Times is so blinded by its hatred of Project Veritas that everything it does results in a self inflicted wound.
The NYT editorial board characterized this as “dangerous.” What’s dangerous is printing the other side’s lawyer memos in an ongoing legal dispute. What’s dangerous is their September, 2020 defamatory article being defended as “unverifiable expression of opinion,” in their answer to our defamation complaint, while that same article was used in a “fact-check” by USA Today to have our Minnesota video removed from Facebook. What’s “dangerous” is the NYT acting as an ombudsman for the Department of Justice when the FBI raids my journalists’ homes and seizes our reporter notes. What’s “dangerous” is the NYT attacking judges personally each time we win, an act that demonstrates they think they’re above the law. Executive editor Dean Baquet admitted, “We don’t get religion.” Their actions indicate they think they’re God.

The Courts Continue to Run Interference for Dominion Systems - Big Development in ‘RICO’ Lawsuit Against Dominion Voting Systems: Judge Threatens to Dismiss Case Due to Lack of Jurisdiction (Becker News)
Comment: Funny, I do not remember a major case being thrown out or dismissed due to lack of standing or lack of jurisdiction until the flurry of lawsuits brought to challenge the results of the 2020 Presidential election.

For years, many colleges have been hiring and promoting ATHEIST chaplains. The poisoning of faith on campus from within is intentional. Read on...
OLIVER: The most extraordinary letter received here in years was a response to an email of mine on colleges’ appointing atheist chaplains. The letter went as follows:
The appointment of an atheist as a chaplain doesn’t seem to me to be, by itself, a calamity for civilization. Over here, we have a long and respectable tradition of Anglican atheism. My wife’s tutor at university was perfectly willing to admit to being an atheist, on the grounds that his own values coincided so closely with the church’s doctrine.
When I was in boarding school, I realized that I really didn’t believe some of what I was being told in confirmation class and wondered if I should proceed anyway. So I confided to my housemaster, who replied, “Of course, you must go ahead, my dear boy: the church needs your support.”
Then, to my astonishment, he revealed to me that he had never actually believed in God. However, he said, the church, alongside the monarchy, was the most important institution in the country.
Subsequently, he was elevated to a far more august position in the church, and attended chapel for many years in full processional vestment, at least eight times a week during term.
And do not forget the Non-Believing Bishops. I’m not sure how many there have been over the years, but there were at least three prominent ones: Richard Holloway (Edinburgh), David Jenkins (York), and Shelby Spong (Newark, New Jersey). If the church can put up with atheist bishops in its own hierarchy, an atheist chaplain in a university doesn’t look that threatening.
Surely what matters is not what these clerics believe (or don’t believe), but what they say and what they teach when doing their jobs.
If you’ve been wondering why Western civilization is collapsing, now you know. The bishops and who knows how many clerics have been lying for years.
And make no mistake: the bishops were lying. At the ceremony of the consecration of a bishop, the candidate is asked, “Are you persuaded that the holy Scriptures contain sufficiently all doctrine required of necessity for eternal salvation through faith in Jesus Christ? And are you determined out of the same holy Scriptures to instruct the people committed to your charge, and to teach or maintain nothing as required of necessity to eternal salvation, but that which you shall be persuaded may be concluded and proved by the same?” He answers, “I am so persuaded and determined, by God’s grace.”
The letter writer may think the lyin’ bishops were doing their jobs teaching, and the tutors too. A better guess is that their pupils saw right through them.
One survey last year showed that by 2018, only 12 percent of the national population of Great Britain identified as belonging to the Church of England or its sister churches in Scotland and Wales. In addition, surveys show that as few as 1 percent of 18- to 24-year-olds now identify as Anglicans. What else would you expect from a “respectable tradition of Anglican atheism”?

The most extraordinary letter received here in 2021 (or perhaps in the last five years) was a response to an email of mine on colleges’ appointing atheist chaplains. The letter (edited to protect the writer) went as follows: The appointment...
'Twas The Plight Before Christmas :: By Steve Schmutzer
‘Twas the plight before Christmas, and all through the House
all of Congress was showing the brains of a mouse.
COVID masks cluttered their desks without care;
no photo ops meant they could simply stay there.
Fraud and deception poured from the Feds
as ‘Build Back Better’ danced in their heads.
And Joe, with his prompter, was giving us laughs
as he mumbled at random with his typical gaffes.
On the floor, shutdowns became such a chatter,
Aides sprang to their feet to assist in this matter.
There in the chamber, scams swelled in a flash;
they ripped logic apart and threw truth in the trash.
Their talking points needed some polish to claim
their tyrannical plans didn’t deserve any blame.
When, what to discerning minds should appear,
an incompetent Doctor the libs lauded so dear.
With his pattern of lies, and since truth made him grouchy,
I knew in a moment it must be “St. Fauci.”
More dense than a rock, his supporters became,
and he thrilled as he shouted some terms of his fame:
“Now Virus! Now Delta! Now Mandate, Now Passport!
On, Booster! On, Tracker! On, Vaccine and Distort!
To globalist goals! To America’s fall!
Now crush away! Crash away! Smash away all!”
As the left’s agenda came hurtling through the air,
the little ‘expert’ reveled in haughty grandeur there,
So up to the House-top, the wicked plans flew,
all chock full of lies which they all clearly knew.
And then, in that moment, I sensed in my heart
the timing and purpose of each little part.
As I gathered myself and contained my despair,
an image gained focus; I became more aware.
A King on a horse, with crowns on His head,
and his garment was stained a deep bloody red.
He was coming for war, and His mouth had a sword,
He was fierce in His anger, His wrath He had stored.
His eyes – how they burned! His armies, they came!
On His robe and His thigh, there was written a name.
“King of kings, Lord of lords,” His identity clear,
the leaders of earth quaked and trembled in fear.
With the blade of His sword, He will conquer His foes,
He will strike down the nations and save those He chose.
Arrayed in fine linen, snow white at His side,
His armies that followed were known as His Bride.
He was regal and righteous, of glorious might,
and He laughed as the wicked prepared for a fight.
His rule will be just, and His reign will be strong,
He will dash into pieces all those that were wrong.
He’ll speak only a word, that’ll wrap up the fight,
His fury abated, He’ll bring back what’s right.
I returned my attention to the woes of these times,
to the lawlessness, lies, and the folly and crimes.
I have a real hope that burns bright in my being,
It is coming for sure despite what we’re seeing.
I therefore exclaim before we all lose our cheer,
“Merry Christmas to all, Christ’s Coming is near!”

The New York Times Published Confidential and Privileged Information on Project Veritas. The FBI 'Provided' That Information to Them - Judge upholds ruling against the New York Times over Project Veritas memos (AP News)
Comment: The Associated Press is torn between supporting Project Veritas against the decisions made by the FBI and the New York Times to make public key confidential and privileged information in the lawsuit Project Veritas had filed against the Times and kowtowing to the Grey Lady herself.
The New York Times should be prosecuted harshly for their actions. The FBI should be reorganized, if not disbanded.

We are bent but not broken,
We are slandered but keep speaking,
We are reported to be failing, but we do not waver,
We are ostracized but not ashamed,
We are excluded but never alone,
We are pressed upon but not in retreat.
We are standing in the gap.
We will not fail ourselves, our country, our posterity, or our God.
Merry Christmas and God bless us all.
