This is where America is headed.

If the Constitution no longer reigns, it’s time to tear it down & start over.

If the High Court is going to do away with basic Human Rights like freedom from being forced to inject chemicals into your body, then the Constitution no longer reigns.

It really is that cut & dried.

Bear in mind: all the terrible crimes committed by Nazi Germany were legal, justified by their High Court & done in the name of ‘protecting public health’.

Im not so sure. I listened, & it felt like SCOTUS was just begging for an excuse to rubber stamp this. 👇

The article continues:

The court’s conservative majority seemed generally uncomfortable with the scope of OSHA’s requirement, questioning whether it should have applied to only certain, high-risk businesses or whether it overstepped the bounds of the agency's authority.”

Axios adds, “The six conservative justices’ questions left some ambiguity about precisely what the court is likely to say in its ruling. But there did not appear to be five justices who were, on balance, on OSHA’s side.”

I sincerely hope the Supreme Court makes the ruling that protects freedom. I do not trust Kavanaugh, Barrett or Roberts to side with freedom.

These SCOTUS cases today were a complete mockery. These people are either stupid or willfully ignorant or malicious. In any case they don’t deserve to be sitting where they sit.

Or worse.

I even wonder if we should have a Federal government to be honest. When you have to refer to page 60,000 of anything you know we’ve got nothing but a bunch of fraud, waste, and abuse. The only thing left if this doesn’t shake out is total noncompliance.
