Wisconsin Judge Rules Absentee Ballot Drop Boxes, Ballot Harvesting Are Illegal Under State Law

A Wisconsin judge has ruled that absentee ballot drop boxes and ballot harvesting are not allowed under state law, a decision that could dramatically impact voting ahead of the swing state's midterm elections, Just the News reports.

Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge Michael Bohren also declared that the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) had overstepped its authority when it issued guidance to election officials on the use of drop boxes in 2020.

The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (WILL), which brought the lawsuit against the WEC in June 2021, explained in a press release:

“There are just two legal ways in Wisconsin to submit an absentee ballot. When voting by absentee ballot, state law says ‘[t]he envelope [containing the ballot] shall be mailed by the elector, or delivered in person, to the municipal clerk issuing the ballot or ballots.’

An unstaffed, unsupervised absentee ballot drop box does not meet either of these legal options. And it raises significant concerns that elections are not being conducted legally and that Wisconsin voters will not have certainty that their votes will be counted if cast in this manner.

WILL’s recent Review of the 2020 Election found that the widespread adoption of absentee ballot drop boxes, not provided for under Wisconsin law, was correlated with an increase of about 20,000 votes for Joe Biden, while having no significant effect on the vote for Trump.” Biden’s alleged margin in Wisconsin was 20,682 votes.

The ruling means drop boxes will not be allowed in the the February 15 spring primary, the Wisconsin State Journal noted.

Election Integrity Tsunami Has Dems in a Cold Sweat

A December 2021 voting laws roundup article by the communist Brennan Center describes the Dem tailspin as a record amount of election integrity legislation threatens to smother their ability to cheat in future selections. We took the liberty of improving the excerpts below by replacing terms like “restrictive voting access” and “the Big Lie” with more accurate phrasing:

In 2021, the state legislative push to restrict access to voting secure our elections was not only aggressive — it was also successful.

At least 19* states passed 34 laws to improve election integrity. More than 440 bills with provisions that fortify voting access were introduced in 49 states in the 2021 legislative sessions. These numbers are extraordinary: state legislatures enacted far more voting security laws in 2021 than in any year since the Brennan Center began tracking voting legislation in 2011.

Fortunately, the momentum around this legislation continues. So far, at least 13 election integrity bills have been pre-filed for the 2022 legislative session in four** states. In addition, in 18*** states, at least 152 voting security bills that did not reach resolution in 2021 will carry over into 2022. These early indicators — coupled with the ongoing mobilization around the Big Truth — suggest that efforts to secure the integrity of elections will continue to be a serious threat to Dems in 2022.

The Brennan Center is particularly concerned about 9 “key states” that “have already shown some of the warning signs discussed above”: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Texas, Missouri, New Hampshire, and South Carolina.

France 🇫🇷 Rich elderly man with lots of life insurance (millions) for his family's benefit dies from covid jab (not disputed by the doctors, nor his life insurers). Insurance company refused to pay out because the taking of experimental drugs, treatments, etc., is excluded from the policy. The family take the insurance company to court, but lose. The judge states, "the experimental vaccine side effects are publicised and the deceased could not claim not to have known about them when he voluntarily took the jab. There is no law or mandate in France which forced him to be jabbed. Therefore, his death is essentially suicide". Suicide is also excluded from his policy. If anyone ever challenges you on whether these jabs are experimental or not, and that neither the pharma companies, nor govts, nor anyone else but YOU are responsible for accepting them and if you die, legally you have committed suicide. No insurance, no payouts, no refunds. You are on your own!
