UChicago Must End Its Booster Mandate—We Are Not Lab Rats | The Chicago Thinker
•The FDA's Vaccine Advisory Committee made an official recommendation to approve Pfizer’s application for boosters only for those 65 and older and certain high-risk populations after rejecting, in a 16-2 vote, Pfizer’s application for broader approval for the general population. The committee cited a lack of data on potential adverse effects, particularly the risks of developing myocarditis and pericarditis. However, the FDA chose to cast aside this concern and granted “approval” anyways.
•Similarly, the CDC’s initial recommendation that Americans under the age of 65 receive boosters was made against the counsel of its own Vaccine Advisory Committee which voted to recommend boosters only for those over the age of 65 or who have underlying conditions. Director Rochelle Walensky overruled this vote in an unusual departure from agency protocol.
•The FDA only granted approval to Comirnaty, a legally distinct version of the Pfizer-BioNtech vaccine that isn’t actually available in the United States. The version of the vaccine currently available in the US remains under Emergency Use Authorization, not formal approval.
•Vaccine-induced heart issues merit legitimate concern, especially for young males. A recent Danish study found that “ pharmacovigilance reports, health system surveillance studies, and case series suggest an association between SARS-CoV-2 vaccination and myocarditis and myopericarditis. This association is thought to occur particularly after the second booster dose of Pfizer and Moderna's mRNA vaccines. An analysis published in the New England Journal of Medicine reached similar conclusions, particularly in males between the ages of 12 and 29.
•A new study published in the journal Obstetrics & Gynecology found a positive association between COVID vaccination and increased menstrual cycle length.
•The FDA requested that a federal judge grant it until the year 2076 to release Pfizer’s data on the COVID vaccine, before it was recently ordered to release it all in eight months.
•Comprehensive evidence suggests that the level of vaccination does not have a positive influence on lowering COVID cases.
•We will not play pretend— COVID is not the plague. COVID has a survival rate of over 99.87% for individuals under the age of 65. According to the CDC, only 5% of “COVID deaths” are solely attributable to COVID as the cause. The other 95% of “COVID deaths” involve, on average, almost 4 additional conditions (comorbidities) or causes per death.
•If slowing the spread of this glorified flu were the goal, UChicago would recognize natural immunity as a robust protection against reinfection—but it doesn’t. UChicago’s continued refusal to acknowledge natural immunity leads to only one conclusion: our university does not care about science, but only uses “science” as a guise for mandating recurring injections.
•University of Chicago Medical Center doctors and scientists are exempt from the booster mandate because a significant number of doctors will resign if forced to get the jab. Even the university itself doesn’t believe “the risks” posed by un-boostered employees outweigh the costs of losing crucial personnel.
•UChicago directly violates established medical ethics by coercing its community members into experimental vaccination. For the first time in history, universities like our own are requiring experimental vaccination as a condition of attendance and employment.
•We’ve become lab rats in a perpetual war against a glorified flu—and there’s no end in sight. UChicago continues to defy scientific and moral standards, dehumanizing us in the process. Clearly, this is not about saving lives. It’s about control. We will not be controlled.

Senator Roger Marshall has obtained Dr. Fauci’s financials. You might remember their confrontation from the Senate hearing last week, when they went back and forth on Fauci’s financials - Dr. Fauci ended up calling Senator Marshall a moron.
Senator Marshall has now obtained and posted Fauci’s financials on his website and it looks like Fauci made $1.7 million in 2020, “with significant investments in China”, according to Senator Marshall 👀
So while America was locked down, Fauci was making significant money from the country that attacked us? Wow.
You can review Fauci’s financials for yourself here:

"Well, I don’t know what will happen now. We’ve got some difficult days ahead. But it really doesn’t matter with me now, because I’ve been to the mountaintop. And I don’t mind.
Like anybody, I would like to live a long life. Longevity has its place. But I’m not concerned about that now. I just want to do God’s will. And He’s allowed me to go up to the mountain. And I’ve looked over. And I’ve seen the Promised Land. I may not get there with you. But I want you to know tonight, that we, as a people, will get to the promised land!
And so I’m happy, tonight. I’m not worried about anything. I’m not fearing any man. Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord."

NASA Election Subversion Bill Update - Dems Bypass Debate Filibuster but Still Need 60 Votes to Pass the Legislation
Several Republican House members have sounded the alarm about Dem election federalization legislation camouflaged in a widely supported NASA bill.
Rep. Malliotakis claimed that the scheme would allow Dems to entirely bypass the Senate filibuster and pass the legislation with a simple majority vote. Fortunately, this is incorrect. The Dems skirted the 60 votes needed to initiate debate, but as long as the filibuster remains intact, the bill still requires 60 votes to become law. The Hill explains:
“Democrats are using a bicameral bill related to allowing NASA to lease its properties to other entities as the legislative vehicle for the voting rights package.
That process will give Senate Democrats a procedural shortcut so that they can bypass the 60 votes typically needed to formally start debate on legislation. But the bill will still have to clear a 60-vote hurdle to actually pass.
‘Though I did not expect this outcome when I first introduced the NASA Enhanced Use Leasing Extension Act, if my legislation will help overcome the filibuster, the Senate can finally have the long-overdue debate on voting rights this country deserves,’ said Rep. Don Beyer (D-Va.), the sponsor of the original NASA bill.”

US Court of Appeals told FCC to come back with some actual evidence that modern radiofrequency levels are safe. The court wrote that the FCC argued the FDA told them levels were safe but did not provide a “reasoned explanation.”
Meanwhile, concerned Americans who petitioned the appeal against FCC came to court with a pile of studies that raised alarm about the radiation associated with new phone and computer technology.
The FCC “failed to provide a reasoned explanation for brushing off record evidence addressing non-cancer-related health effects arising from the impact of RF radiation on children,” Circuit Judge Wilkins wrote.

Wisconsin Special Counsel Subpoenas Voting Machine Companies in 2020 Election Review, Court Grants Access to Zuckerbucks Mayors
Former Supreme Court Justice and Wisconsin Special Counsel Mike Gableman has added to the 70 election investigation subpoenas he announced in late October, expanding outside of Wisconsin, as promised, to request information from Colorado-based Dominion Voting Systems and Nebraska-based Electronic Systems & Software (ES&S).
Gableman's subpoenas, dated December 28, demand the voting “company officials produce the requested documents later this month and order them to testify in private at his rented office space in Brookfield. Gableman set a series of deadlines to receive the documents and testimony, with the earliest on Wednesday,” the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.
Last week, the court granted Team Gableman access to the mayors in Wisconsin’s 5 largest cities. Phill Kline of the Amistad Group tweeted, “The left's effort to quash Special Counsel Gableman's subpoenas has FAILED. Today's ruling allows Gableman and his team to privately interview the ‘Wisconsin 5’ mayors who used Zucker Bucks to turn election office into partisan GOTV operations. BIG victory for transparency!”

DeSantis Drafts Muscular Redistricting Map Countering the Weak-Kneed Florida Senate Proposals
The Florida Senate submitted 2 lily-livered congressional redistricting proposals this week that Red State called “an absolute giveaway to Democrats, taking things from the current 16R-11D map to a 16R-12D map.”
“Instead of backing down, the Governor once again did what had to be done. In this case, that meant releasing a map that put pressure on the Florida Senate, letting it be known that he’s going to veto any map that doesn’t take full advantage of Florida’s Republican shift over the last several years,” Breitbart wrote.
Dave Wasserman commented on the DeSantis proposal, tweeting, the Governor’s “plan could result in as lopsided as 20R-8D (up from 16R-11D now), the most brutal gerrymander proposed by a Florida R yet. Whether it could pass the legislature/court muster is another question.”
Bonchie at Red is optimistic. “The Florida Supreme Court is extremely conservative and the Voting Rights Act (which has basically just become a bludgeon to attack Republican gerrymanders while leaving Democrat gerrymanders alone) would likely not apply to any of the drawn districts outside of maybe FL-5, which could draw a federal challenge. Even then, the issue is worth pressing.”

New Gallup Poll: Majority of Americans Now Identify as Republican After 14 Point Swing in One Year
A Q4 2021 Gallup poll shows a dramatic shift in Americans’ political preferences over the last year.
Democrats started 2021 with a 9 percentage point lead over Republicans. By the end of 2021, Dem Party identification fell 7 points, while Republicans gained 7 points, giving the GOP a 5 point advantage, and that’s according to left-leaning Gallup.
The Daily Wire puts the shift in perspective: “The five-point edge for the Republican Party in the fourth quarter ties the largest lead the party has held in the Gallup poll since it began measuring such data in 1991. The only other quarters the GOP held a five-point lead were in early 1995, after the GOP seized control of the House for the first time in four decades, and the first quarter of 1991, after the U.S. victory in the Persian Gulf War.”
