It wasnt done in secret. It was done publicly to protect their case. If they had done nothing, the case (that was never assigned a judge in time anyway) would have been declared moot.

I wonder if Kemp, Brad et al have realized yet the damage that they have done to our party and the people in it, by their reluctance to investigate any of the fraud claims.

If they had actually rigorously investigated anything at all it would have given a counter narrative to the disgusting antics of the J6 committee.

Judge Blocks Biden's Federal Employee Vaccine Mandate, Blasts: 'The President’s Authority Is NOT That Broad'

A federal judge in Texas has issued a nationwide injunction blocking Biden's vaccine mandate for federal employees.
The ruling expands a December 7th order by a federal judge in Georgia to halt the Biden mandate for federal contractors and subcontractors.

Judge Jeffrey Vincent Brown of the Texas Southern District ruled for the plaintiffs in the case Feds for Medical Freedom v. Joseph R. Biden in a January 21st decision, the National Pulse reported:

“The first, Executive Order 14042, is already the subject of a nationwide injunction. Because that injunction protects the plaintiffs from imminent harm, the court declines to enjoin the first order. The second, Executive Order 14043, amounts to a presidential mandate that all federal employees consent to vaccination against COVID-19 or lose their jobs. Because the President’s authority is not that broad, the court will enjoin the second order’s enforcement,” explains the opinion.

Judge Brown continued, “Because injunctive relief is an extraordinary tool to be wielded sparingly, the court should be convinced the plaintiffs face irreparable harm before awarding it. The court is so convinced.”

“Regardless of what the conventional wisdom may be concerning vaccination, no legal remedy adequately protects the liberty interests of employees who must choose between violating a mandate of doubtful validity or consenting to an unwanted medical procedure that cannot be undone,” Judge Brown reasoned.
