The main issue Russia has is encroachment. From Napoleon to Hitler to Moa- enemies encroaching on Russian borders have *always* led to invasion of Russia, & with Tyrants like Xi controlling evil corrupt men like Biden, its a real & legitimate fear: and Russia will not hesitate to annex Ukraine to gain buffer space against border encroachment. Think trading space for time in repelling a NATO invasion of Russia, because i gaurantee you Russia sees it that way.
