This is scare mongering. The German Government hasnt bothered to do BASIC maintenance & force readiness measures on their own military (all branches) for TWO DECADES & waged a very public spat w President Trump over his insistence that the German Government literally pay the membership dues to NATO they are legally obligated to but had not been paying for TWO DECADES & were refusing to pay at that time. They’ve since gone back to this following Biden’s installation as President.
