In Harris County, 96,055 voters (voting by mail + in person) chose a democrat ballot.

At the same time, 106,123 voters chose a Republican ballot.

Harris County (Houston) is historically blue & democrats usually lead in early voting.

Election Day is March 1st.

Illinois state police have told the convoy they aren’t thrilled about them entering the state. In a statement they said:

“Though the Illinois State Police respects the rights of citizens to express their opinions in a lawful manner, there is great concern with any event that is designed to impede or block the normal and reasonable movement of traffic,” said Illinois State Police Division of Patrol Colonel Margaret McGreal in a press release, which does not specifically name the People’s Convoy. Those who choose to participate in events that intentionally endanger the public and violate Illinois law will be subject to the enforcement of applicable laws and could potentially be held liable for traffic crashes occurring as a result of their actions,” McGreal said.”
