Georgia *voters* didn’t appeal the decision, the Democrat party did, because they know they dont have any chance of defeating her in an election.
Thats their new tactic: if you cant beat the Republican candidate try to sue to stop people from being able to elect them.

Twitter has a very big legal problem, now. Advertisers can sue because twitter deliberately lied about its product. Conservatives can sue b/c its clear discrimination. Elon Musk has serious legal leverage because they lied to him about what he was buying too. And shareholders can sue because twitter lied to them, too. Emails & testimony can be admitted in a court of law as evidence. Twitter has a very big legal problem.
