One thing to note with Biden's intentional lack to detail: During his speech, he mentioned Fort Hood and the Islamic shooter as an example of what happens when citizens don't have "safe gun storage"...two problems with this example he failed to provide context for: One, this was a military base, and two...the reason the rampage was so violent was the military's own SAFE GUN STORAGE practices at the time. If he is willing to grasp at straws and disrespect the military, imagine what he'll do to civilians.
