The problem for Twitter is that now, everyone is aware of the shady dealings, & the inflated value of the company & stock as a result of the fake accounts & censorship problems, as well as Truth Social competition. Twitter is in big trouble- and all of these problems are a legal liability to the board. The shareholders can sue for damages.

When you commit fraud trying to sell someone a product it nullifies the deal.

Fraud is a tort punishable under civil law.

And there may be criminal liability as well.

If you haven't seen this yet because you're worried that it will make you angry, that is even more reason to watch it.

It's worse than any of us thought.

My little guy Teddy is trying really hard to heal & recover from a serious dislocated knee cap. We are hoping he didnt do serious tendon & ligament damage. If its worst case, he will need complete surgical rebuild of his knee. We’re really praying he doesnt have to go through that. Please send up some prayers for comfort & healing. Even with pain meds & anti inflammatories he’s struggling.

I can only imagine the horror of those who are stuck in blue states and cities, and can't afford to get out, slowly watching self-righteous tyrants like Hochul, beaming in pride and stroking their egos as they strip rights and freedoms away from their citizens one by one.

If you are stuck there, and you can't get out, you must not comply. You bear a hard burden, I know. But you must remain Americans under a hostile regime that is against everything you stand for.

Stay American.

It will be hard. It will cost you. There will be sacrifices. But you must take a stand for yourselves, your families and your posterity.

You must hold out until the tide turns.
