You know what the problem with this law is?
Answer: California tried this. And the 9th circuit court of appeals WRECKED them for it & threw the law out, just a couple weeks ago.
This one wont survive the first court challenge because there’s already legal precedent set. But this is how communist New York is: these communists think the law doesnt apply to them & they arent bound by it, but you are.
