👆Stripped down to essential facts, the story is really this: An ardent abortionist, fearing that her state will ban abortions after the Dobbs decision, said an unnamed physician in an unnamed Ohio town told her he had as a patient a 10-year-old pregnant rape victim who needed to travel to Indiana for an abortion. No record exists of a report to law enforcement of the rape, even though an attending physician would be required to make such a report.

This tweet just went viral bc Mollie Hemingway rt it
Last time she rt me, I got banned within 5 minutes.
Hopefully this time I won't be.
Have you ever read the Bill of Rights?
So many of them have to do with the rights of defendants in trials.
I never paid much attention besides the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 10th.
I highly suggest reading them because of what we are dealing with now.

There’s an unbelievable case making its way through the courts right now, involving a 2A YouTuber who was arrested by the ATF for a sponsorship read. The case will have implications that ripple through the country. Harold Finch of “The Library” breaks it down for UncoverDC:

Could a Little-Known Federal Case Against a YouTube Celebrity Result in the Overturn of the 1934 National Firearms Act?
On January 28th, 2022, Matt Hoover of the CRS Firearms YouTube channel was taken into custody by U.S. Marshalls after the ATF sought and obtained an indictment against him. He is charged with helping to sell and distribute machine guns illegally by the Bureau…

It’s pretty interesting that the Left is trying to replicate its strategy used on twitter, on Truth Social, of using hordes of automated, fake accounts (bots) to target conservative accts with spam & harassment. Elon Musk’s legal team estimates 40% + of twitter accts are Leftwing bots like this, used to try to create influence & push/control narratives as a propaganda tool. You can watch them in real-time attempting the same strategy on Truth Social but they aren’t getting as much traction because the platform isnt as open to this. It’s important to report these accts as fake & report their posts as spam so they can be weeded out. Take a look at the list of accts this bot follows: its literally a list of accts to spam.

Some thoughts on the National Firearms Act of 1934: The US Attorney General back then literally said it was a de facto ban in congressional hearings done via abusive tax to try to end run around the unconstitutionality of an outright ban. At the time, a $200 stamp in 1934 was the rough equivalent today of $4,300. Bear in mind that tax was literally in the middle of the GREAT DEPRESSION when 20% of Americans were jobless, and a new car cost approximately $400. So the tax was exorbitant to say the least & designed to make NFA items unaffordable to nearly all Americans. So yes, it WAS an abusive tax SPECIFICALLY meant to deny Americans the ability to own NFA items- a defacto ban by placing them in the unaffordable category by an abusive tax.
Kind of like Roberts deciding vote ruling that Obamacare ‘was a tax’. The NFA was the first successful application of this type of government abuse. These types of government abuses specifically target & disproportionately harm low-income & working-class Americans.

Paul, simply put, either decertifications occur for the 2020 election, or any races in this multi-year window, or the Republic itself will cease to exist in two decades.
The signing of the declaration and departure from the crown was also not “legal,” but it happened. So, I’m hopeful such a thing can occur. Wisconsin is glaring out at America over this recent decision.

@Seth, you have been very realistic about the improbability of decertification. I’m curious if recent events have given you a greater hope that decertification is a viable option?

Yesterday, I jumped into 4 mail in states, with Utah being one. Their first presidential full mail election was in 2016.
Numbers there and in three other big mail states (WA, OR, CO) didn’t budge in 2016 from standard progression. Media says mail in ballots are why we had such huge “turnout” in the major contested stolen states.
Want the truth? Here’s my read on Utah.

Inflation is in the news today. 9.1% - highest in 4 decades.
Bad - certainly. But then again, in the long run, is that good news? Comfort is what has kept this country like the frog in boiling water. Complacency is the enemy of liberty.
This is not to come across as someone who can afford (for now) the cost of gas or other items. It is simply to state that I think it really undermines the argument of lost liberty if we make the role of government ONLY about gas prices and other like items.
The government's JOB is to protect our liberties.

The banking cabal and a certain segment of the political class *caused this mess*.
We can debate about whether it was incompetence or deliberate malice or both, but they caused it.
We must stop looking to the same group of people for "solutions" to "solve it".
Time to End. The. Fed. No Central Banks, no CDBCs. Being able to spend *our* money as *we* see fit, is as much a right as free speech is. A fundamental, core principle of a Republic.
