Tonight the citizens of Pickens County, Georgia witnessed a 3 to 1 vote to conduct the hand recount of the May 24th Governor and SOS races. 
Next step is for the BOE to write a petition and submit it to the Appalachian Superior Court to unseal the ballots. 
We're trusting that this next step is prompt and proper!
