I feel confident Biden having “COVID” is a stunt to play up why we need to worry about the midterm variant and alter how we vote once again.

This is a big, big deal: LAPD is telling beat cops to stop enforcing California’s ‘high capacity’ magazine ban. This signals that LAPD believe after the SCOTUS Bruen decision & SCOTUS vacating & remanding the 9th circuit panel decision on this issue, that the 9th is going to follow Bruen & rule AGAINST California. This is a big deal, because its not just the magazine ban that hands in the balance, this lawsuit is suing to overturn the magazine AND ‘assault weapons’ ban.

LAPD official direction to its officers to stop enforcing the magazine ban tells me they expect the Assault Weapon & Magazine ban to be tossed, in the near future.

And, since Bruen is the legal standard & SCOTUS vacated the original decision & remanded, California wont get an appeal to SCOTUS….. because Bruen already covers this issue.
